"Make-A-Shake" Competition T&Cs

Congratulations! After buying one of our delicious Make-A-Shake's in store, you have won a prize! Please read the following instructions and T&Cs carefully to claim your prize

Make sure you're following us on Instagram @flooziecookies so we receive your message & it isn't filtered into our requests! DM us on Instagram with the following information:

• "Make-A-Shake Competition Winner"
• Your name
• Your age
• A photo of the winning sticker with it's unique code

You must have contacted us by 11.59pm on 16th September 2024, or your prize will be forfeited. We will aim to get back to you within 2 weeks (30th September 2024), and all prizes will be distributed by 14th October 2024.

Please read below for full T&Cs:

1. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18+. If under 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to claim prize.
2. To enter, one must purchase at least 1 “Make-A-Shake” from Floozie Cookies Covent Garden store.
3. This competition is not affiliated with Meta
4. To claim prize, winners must DM @flooziecookies on Instagram with the following information: 
1. “Make-A-Shake Prize Winner”
2. Name
3. Age 
4. Photograph of sticker with unique code
1. Please note that prizes will be distributed within 4 weeks of 16th Sept 2024 (by 14.10.24)
5. Winners must have contacted us via Instagram DM (@flooziecookies) with the above by 11.59pm on 16th Sept 2024 or the prize will be forfeited.
6. The closing date to purchase a Make-A-Shake with winning code is 2nd Sept 2024 - all winning shakes will have been distributed by this date. Purchases after this time will not be eligible for a prize.
7. Floozie Cookies Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
8. There are 10 prizes in total
9. The prizes are supplied by Floozie Cookies Ltd whose registered address is 2nd Floor The Red House, 74-76 High Street, Bushey, Hertfordshire, England, WD23 3HE and when entering this competition, each winner consents to us having their details to  supply the prize.
10. The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of Floozie Cookies Ltd regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Floozie Cookies reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. Floozie Cookies reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
