Why has Floozie decided to move away from being fully vegan?

Floozie has always been about creating cookies that are joyful, delicious, and inventive. Recently, many of our trusted vegan suppliers have discontinued key, quality ingredients, while the cost of remaining plant-based alternatives has risen sharply. Rather than passing those costs on to our customers - which we don’t believe is fair - we’ve chosen to introduce non-vegan products into some recipes. This way, we can maintain the quality, creativity, and joy you expect from Floozie while keeping our cookies accessible.

Does this mean Floozie is abandoning vegan consumers?

No. Vegan cookies remain central to our brand. Half of our menu will continue to be fully vegan, and some of our best-loved flavours will remain unchanged. This isn’t about replacing vegan products, but ensuring we can continue to deliver on quality and creativity across the range.

Isn’t this just a cop out?

We understand it might feel that way to some, but this decision hasn’t been taken lightly. Floozie was built on creativity and joy, and we’ve always wanted to make cookies that taste incredible. With the rising cost and reduced availability of quality vegan ingredients, our ability to innovate was becoming limited.

By introducing non-vegan products into part of our range, we can maintain high quality, keep prices fair for our customers, and continue to create exciting flavours, while keeping 50% of our cookies vegan. It’s about evolving so Floozie can continue to deliver what people love us for.

Why make this change now?

The supply chain challenges have become more pronounced over the past year, and it has increasingly restricted what we can produce. We chose to act now to protect the customer experience and ensure we continue to feel exciting and relevant.

How will customers know which cookies are vegan?

All of our menus, packaging and digital platforms will clearly display allergen and dietary information. Transparency is a priority, and we want customers to feel confident in their choices.

Are you getting rid of your vegan cookies?

Not at all. Vegan cookies remain a core part of Floozie. Half of our menu will continue to be vegan, including some of our best-loved flavours.

What does this change mean for the future of the brand?

This is an evolution, not a departure. Floozie began as a brand rooted in innovation and joy, and this change enables us to keep pushing forward. By widening our ingredient base, we can continue to create exciting new flavours, and expand Floozie’s reach while still celebrating the vegan recipes that helped us grow.

Will I still be able to get non-dairy milk with drinks?

Yes, all of our non-dairy milk options are staying, you’ll be able to enjoy vegan soft serve, shakes, cookies and coffees. Same as before!

Are you changing the core recipes or flavours?

No, the range will still feature the seven signature flavours and seasonal specials. The only difference is that some recipes will now include non-vegan ingredients, allowing us to maintain quality while expanding flavour possibilities.

How will I know which cookies are vegan and which aren’t?

Our in-store menus, packaging, and online shop will be clearly labelled with allergens and dietary information, so it’s always easy to see which products are vegan.

Is Floozie still the same brand?

Absolutely. Our mission remains the same - to create cookies that are delicious, joyful, and worth sharing. We’re simply evolving to keep that promise with the best ingredients available.

Why is there dairy milk in-store when you’re a vegan brand?

We’ve introduced dairy milk as an option for drinks because many of our customers were asking for it. We’ve also extended the range to include some non-vegan products. This small step is simply about giving customers more choice. The team will always ask your milk preference when ordering a hot beverage.

What about cross-contamination?

Since our kitchen is used for a variety of ingredients, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. That said, our team takes great care to reduce the risk of cross-contamination by following strict cleaning, labelling, and handling procedures. In-store, we go a step further: we use brightly labelled milk jugs for steaming so that each type of milk — dairy, oat, soy, or other alternatives — is kept separate. Our baristas are trained to rinse and clean steam wands between uses, and we handle all ingredients with care to give you confidence in what’s in your cup.

What gluten-free cookies do you have?


We have two gluten-free cookies on the menu, Blackforest and Peanut Butter & Jam. Choosing a favourite is difficult, as both gluten-free cookies are delicious, but we'll let you be the judge!Ā Please note that our production kitchen handles gluten so we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination.



Do you have physical cookie shops?


Yes, we do! As well as ordering cookies from our online shop or Deliveroo, we also have one cookie shop in London, which is located in Covent Garden. We're also opening new cookie shops in Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Dubai soon - keep an eye out for updates!Ā 


Where do you deliver your stuffed cookies?


If you are looking for fresh cookies delivered straight to your front door or desk, look no further. Floozie cookies can be posted to any UK postcode, excluding Northern Ireland. So, whether you're craving one stuffed cookie, wanting to deliver a box to a friend, or hosting a party, we've got you covered.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?


We ship within 48hrs, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday - Sunday will be shipped within two working days. Our cookies can be posted to any UK postcode. Although we send all orders on a next day delivery service, if for any reason the order is delayed by Evri or other delivery partners, Floozie Cookies cannot accept liability for any late deliveries for delays occurring once the order has been dispatched from our bakery.Ā However, we will do our best to understand, and resolve issues on your behalf.

What days can you deliver cookies?


We've got good news!Ā If you place an orderĀ from Monday- 12pm Thursday, weĀ dispatch cookies within 48hrs of receiving an order. You can also order our vegan stuffed cookies through Deliveroo for same-day delivery, depending on yourĀ location.

What are the cookie delivery cut-off times?


Orders placed after 12pm onĀ ThursdayĀ and anytime on Friday,Ā Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped within two working days.Ā

How should I store my Floozie cookies, and how long can they keep for?


Our cookies are best enjoyed straight away at room temperature or slightly warmed in a preheated oven at 160C or 20 seconds in a microwave. If you wish to store them, they will keep in an airtight container for up to five days.

PS Floozie Cookies can be frozen for up to three months. To serve, defrost completely and heat by following the instructions above.

How do I place a large corporate cookie order?
If you are looking to treat the office with cookies, simply fill out the enquiry form above or emailĀ hello@flooziecookie.com, and one of the team will be in touch within 24hrs.

What is the cost for large corporate orders?
The cost of corporate cookie orders can vary based on a few factors. Delivery, branding, order size etc. However, if you provide us with as much information as possible by filling out the form above or emailing us atĀ hello@flooziecookie.com, we can get back to you within 24hrs.

How do you deliver my corporate cookie order?
We're completely flexible when it comes to delivery for your corporate cookie order. Your own courier can collect the cookies, or we can arrange delivery to any UK location (excluding Northern Ireland) subject to a delivery charge.

Do you deliver on a specific day?
For corporate orders delivered to one location, you can select the day you want the cookies to arrive. However, the order must be confirmed a minimum of 48hrs before the chosen delivery day.

Do you deliver large cookie orders to multiple locations?
If your colleagues aren't based in the office, we've got you! We offer a corporate cookie drop to multiple locations to avoid anyone missing out. Just so you know, multiple location cookie drops may take a bit longer to turn around.
