- This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18+. If under 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to claim prize.
- To enter one must purchase at least 1 box of 6 Floozie Cookies either in store or online.
- To claim prize, winners must take photograph of their winning ticket & send the photo to @flooziecookies on Instagram or marketing@flooziecookie.com via email with their name, age, contact details and the unique code on their ticket.
- Winners must have contacted Floozie with the above by 11.59pm on 5th January 2024 or the prize will be forfeited.
- The closing date to purchase a box with the possibility of finding a Golden Ticket is 27th December 2023 - all Golden Tickets will have been distributed by this date. Purchases after this time will not be eligible for a Golden Ticket prize.
- Floozie Cookies Ltd accepts no repsonsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- There are 10 prizes in total: 3 overnight spa stays for 2, 3 family cinema tickets to see Wonka, 4 Floozie Cookie hampers. Floozie has no affiliation with any third party brands as part of this giveaway
- The prizes are supplied by Floozie Cookies Ltd whose registered address is 2nd Floor The Red House, 74-76 High Street, Bushey, Hertfordshire, England, WD23 3HE and when entering this competition, each winner consents to us having their details to supply the prize.
- The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The decision of Floozie Cookies Ltd regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Floozie Cookies reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Floozie Cookies reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

- This voucher is issued by TGP International for Catering Services (the Company) and can be redeemed for one free cookie only, subject to availability.
- This voucher is solely intended for promotional purposes and can only be utilised in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotion herein.
- This voucher will be stamped when at least one cookie is purchased at full price, from the Floozie store located at the Al Mamlaka Social Dining Hall, Riyadh, Kingdom of Suadi Arabia (the Store).
- Only stamped vouchers can be used to redeem a free cookie from the Store.
- The validity of the stamp is subject to inspection of the management at the Store.
- No voucher may be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form or by any means.
- The voucher and does not constitute real currency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any special offer, coupon or other voucher.
- This voucher is valid from 19th December 2023 until the 18th May 2024 and cannot be extended once expired.
- Only one voucher will be valid for use per recipient and per purchase and may be used only once.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a voucher for any reason at any time.
- The Company shall not be liable to the recipient for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any voucher or any failure or inability of a recipient to use a voucher for any reason.
