To enter, customers must purchase at least one box of six Floozie Cookies in store and find a Golden Ticket inside the box.

Golden Tickets can be redeemed for either a set amount off an online purchase or a free box of cookies to be redeemed in store, as stated on the individual ticket.

Golden Tickets must be redeemed by 11.59pm on 31 January 2026. Any tickets not redeemed by this date will be deemed invalid and forfeited.

To redeem an in store prize, winners must present their Golden Ticket to a member of the Floozie team in store. To redeem an online prize, winners must use the unique code provided on the Golden Ticket at checkout.

Golden Tickets are only valid while stocks last and are subject to availability. Free box prizes are redeemable in store only and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.

Golden Tickets will only be distributed within eligible boxes sold up to the promotional end date. Purchases made after all Golden Tickets have been distributed will not be eligible to win.
